Slate Grey (6201) 1963 Porsche 356B T6 Twin Grill 1600 Super Coupe with Black Leatherette interior. This documented ONE OWNER Coupe is without a doubt one of the most original and unmolested 356's we have seen in years. It's Certificate of Authenticity shows that engine # 700719 and transmission # 64853 were the same ones fitted to VIN # 213917 when manufactured at the Porsche factory back in 06/05/1963. The odometer shows only 52k miles. Start the engine and shift smoothly through the gears without any trouble at all. The floor pan on this Southern 356 is all original and completely rust free. No repairs have ever been made to the pan. We have extensive service records.

The Porsche 356 was the company's first production automobile. It was a lightweight and nimble-handling rear-engine rear-wheel-drive 2-door sports car available in hardtop coupe and open configurations. Design innovations continued during the years of manufacture, contributing to its motorsports success and popularity. Production started in 1948 at Gmünd, Austria, where approximately 50 cars were built.
