I purchased the car in Atlanta in 1990, it had only 24,000 miles on it. I am the second owner and have always kept the car garaged and covered. The car has the "Arnie Johnson/ Stan Amerson" ( President of Lotus Cars USA at the Time) tune on it. This includes European green dot cam wheels, K&N filter, PDV valve, deleted waste gate shim, new NGK Plugs and wires, new cam tensioners and belt with special timing. Most of the work and parts came from Lotus Cars USA in Lawrenceville GA. The car has European front springs that lowers the car about an inch in the front. It also has custom hand made Etoile wheels, 16x7 front and 16x10 rears with Yokahoma AVS intermediate tires. It also has an upgraded Clarion cd player. The clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing have been replaced. The car has never been raced or put on the track and is in great shape with only a few flaws. The paint is orignal and in great shape. This Esprit is only one of six that where imported to the United States in this color in 1986. This car is a blast to drive, it's very quick and handles incredibly.
