From Seller:

This is the 21st of 49 Ellenas built and carries the very desirable distinction of being classified as a 1957 model. The first owner, Yomo Sitia (Milan), took delivery in February of 1958. The car was later exported to the United States and by 1960 was in New York with owner Richard Bell. Richard Nordquist of Minneapolis purchased 0785 GT in the early 1980s and in 1984 it was sold to noted Japanese collector Yoshiho Matsuda. By 2001, it was advertised for sale and described as a restoration project in running condition, but stripped to bare metal.

Between 2005 and 2006, the owner, John Hannan (New York), spent over $150,000 on 0785 with Ferrari Dealer, Wide World of Cars. The work performed included the rebuilding of all major mechanical systems (engine, gearbox, brakes and suspension). Once finished, the car was driven in the 2006 Mille Miglia Storica wearing race number 363 which is still on the car today.

The silver paint and tan interior show some signs of wear, but are presentable and consistent with the road use that 0785 has seen since the restoration. It is also worth noting that although the engine block is stamped with the correct number (0785), it is a replacement block.
