Italian exotic with American heart muscle. These GT5 models have major presence on the road - wide, low and loud.

1986 DeTomaso Pantera GT5-S #9425
This car was orderd with Red paint / Beige interior by Carroll Shelby of Shelby Automotive.

Improvements include: 140 amp Alternator. Long Throw Slave. Headman Jet Hot Coated Headers. Brullien Exaust. Rotary A/C Compressor. Larger A/C Condenser. SS Waterlines. Silicone Blue Hoses. Rear Sway Bar. Braided SS Breaklines. 450 Lb Front, 550 Lb Rear Springs.

The Front A Arm work provides much lighter stearing than a stock Pantera. This was done to correct the defective engineering of the Front and Rear Arm geometry.

Origional Engine has been removed and rebuilt for a 400HP Power upgrade.

Looks and runs better than new.

When not in use it sets in an air conditioned space, on carpet, driven only by me, a nonsmoker and in my care has never seen rain.
