The Hudson Brougham is a very rare model car. There are only a few left in the world and here is one that is 100% complete. There are however two special features, which cannot be found on any other Hudson ever made. This one was designed especially for Ty Cobb with the very rare Edmonds & Jones olive headlights and custom chrome ended spring bumpers. You will never find another hudson with these two options. Chances are you will never even find another 1925 Brougham. And, you will never see another car up for auction owned by the great Ty Cobb. This is a real piece of American history.

This car has already had extensive restoration work. The body and frame are completely solid and have been painted in the original off white cream and black. The seats are an olive color mohair and have been recovered in perfect shape with no wear or fading. The drive train is 100% original and in great condition, all the way down to the starter and alternator from 1925. The car is in running condition, but will need the carberator adjusted and the fuel lines bled, but otherwise it should fire right up. It shifts in and out of gear perfectly and the brakes and clutch work great. This rare car also comes with two extra original cork clutch plates, if ever needed. The car will need the vinyl top redone as many of the Antique cars had wood and vinyl tops. It will also need the brief tune-up to get running well and the car will be done.

Just recently one of the head Board Members for the Ty Cobb Museum published an article on the car, which can be found by searching "Ty Cobb's 1925 Hudson" on google. He confirmed that this was actually Ty Cobb's car and that the brass placque on the dash which states "CAR MADE ESPECIALLY FOR TY COBB" is infact original.
