A terrific example of a rare pre WW2 instructional auto model made by HOHM Modelle Co. It is fantastic in both detail and execution. 42" overall, all metal, with cutaways of the working transmission, driveshaft, and rear end . The lights work, even the directional signals! It sits on its original wood base with two separate fuse boxes and switches which control the high beams and turn signals. I have the transformer to step power down to a standard wall outlet. By rotating the crank in the radiator, you can see all the working parts move just as they would in a full scale auto.

It is truly a work of art. This functioning scale model reflects a period of time when German creativity and skill were at the highest level.
