1970 Cadillac Hearse
Built by S&S, it is a S&S Victoria.
The S&S is the best and most expensive Hearses built. Even today they cost more than all the other hearse builders. This 1970 is a very rare coach indeed. It is in fantastic condition for being 37 years old. It is the only one just like it that I know of. The photos tell the truth about this coach. The frame and body are in great shape The chrome is near or at show condition. No rust and no pitting at all. There are two places where the clear coat is peeling off, The top of the back door in spots and the top of the back left door. Other than that, Over all, The paint is beautiful. Very high quality!!! This coach has gone threw a mild conversion being used as a promo car for Kicker sound systems. Infact Kicker are the ones who customized this coach. The interior is just beautiful, It has a kicker sound system onboard as well. Behind the back seats there is a custom sound wall that will hold 15 12 inch subs. Only two speakers are installed in the back and two 9s in the front at this time. Belive me its enough!!! From the outside you cant tell that any conversion has been done. With black limo tint windows, You cant see in the coach but can see out just fine. I have charged $250 dollars an hour for limo service, Proms, Over the hill birthday partys, concerts, airport pick ups, ect. This coach gets alot of attention. All of the glass is in great shape also power front windows. The windshild has a littel half moon rock chip in the upper center part of windshild. A glass company could fix it. On the back right side just under the landau bar is a place where the paint is starting to bubbel. I added a photo that shows this. Easy fix. This coach could be turned back into a hearse with ease. I put on new tires last year, I drove maybe 200 miles on them. There is a photo showing the tires. Also there is a new Flowmaster exhaust system. There is only 78790 miles on the 472 engine. It runs great with lots of power, No smoke. Transmission shifts fine. It should have a tuneup as it has been in storage for over a year now. As far as I know this coach has always been a garage no frame or body/ chrome rust shows this to be true. This coach started out in New Mexico, Them came to Texas untill now. Very dry air in north Texas and New Mexico. I bought this car in Wichita Falls Texas I have the original New Mexico plates. they came with the car. This coach is in Amarillo Texas in storage. The only thing this coach needs is new front bushings and ball goints in the front end due to dry rot for setting for long periods, Not abuse!!! I have a clear Texas Title on this coach. One could take this coach to any car show and place real high. The previous owners have over 300 trophys on this car. This coach has been to Europe in compition where it placed 3rd in the world for the loudest car on earth.
