1976 Sebring CitiCar
This CitiCar electric car is like nothing you have ever seen before. I'm selling this car on behalf of a friend that passed away. I will try to inform you of all the details of this car...The vehicle was built by Sebring-Vanguard Inc. in Sebring, Florida. This car is completely battery powered and is road legal. Top speed is about 38 mph. Run time on brand new battery is estimated at 3 hours. Rechargable by hooking up to electric chord; hookup available on driver side. Car has been parked in a garage for an estimated one year. 95" long and 55" wide, and seats two with a small storage compartment behind. Motor is Series Wound DC 6 volt- runs on 8 6-volt batteries. Tires are in good condition. The vehicle was purchased in 1991 from previous owner, and restoration started around this time. Small blemishes on vehicle; small crack under left headlight approximately four inches long, small imperfections on the left door; discolor of cushions in interior and blemishes along the running board inside the door...not running smoothly yet, but could be corrected with a little garage work. Overall condition GOOD.

From WikipediaThe 12 Hours of Sebring is an annual motorsport endurance race for sports cars held at Sebring International Raceway, a former Army Air Force base in Sebring, Florida. The event is perennially the opening round of the American Le Mans Series and in the past has been a long-running round of the now defunct World Sportscar Championship and IMSA GT Championship. In 2012, the race will hosted the debut of the FIA World Endurance Championship.
