This Ferrari represents one of the most popular and exciting Ferraris ever produced. In 1981 many shops were converting Berlinettas to spiders. Some experts even felt that these conversions were more solid structurally than the Scaglietti originals due to extensive chassis strengthening that was done during the conversion. This 365GTB/4 Daytona is a factory built coupe that has been converted professionally to a Spyder

Over 20 years after the conversion, this car shows no signs of structural fatigue, with all panels still nicely aligned and minimal cowl shake on the road.

This 1971 Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona- Spyder Conversion was previously restored by Michael Sheehan in the 1980s - fully documented with receipts. The mechanical work was performed by the the renowned Ferrari mechanic Dick Guthrie and the paint was performed by award winning painter Al Link. This Ferrari has had an extensive amount of money and time put into its restoration and is a trophy winner, due to the quality of work performed. If this were an original spyder it would be selling for $700,000 plus. Mechanically excellent, runs and drives very well, has been in a private collection.
