2006 Pontiac Solstice--fully loaded from factory then shipped to Mallett Cars in Brea, Ohio for conversion. This vehicle is #21 of only 100 such conversions planned. As seen on the cover of Auto Week, Mallett Cars converts engine to 400 hp LS2 6.0 liter V8---the same engine that powers the Cadillac CTS-V, Chevy Corvette, Chevy SSR, and Pontiac GTO. Conversion also includes LUK Pro Gold Clutch Assembly, Mallett Custom Modified Lowered Shocks, Performance Springs, Polyurethane Rear Control Arm Bushings, Polyurethane Differential Mount Bushings, Corsa Stainless Mufflers, Custom 2-core Aluminum Radiator, Carbon Fiber Coil Covers, Mallett Body Graphics, Mallett Graphics embroidered on seat headrests. Words cannot describe how clean the exterior and interior of this vehicle is.

Introduced at the 2004 North American International Auto Show, the Solstice roadster began production in Wilmington, Delaware, starting in mid-2005 for the 2006 model year. The exterior styling of the production Solstice is similar to that of the 2002 Solstice concept that preceded it.
