This is the fewest miles I have seen on this old of Lotus. It has been re-painted. The paint is in good condition over-all. There is a small bubble or two. There is lines in the hood in the gelcoat I guess with any car this age that has not been repaired. The interior is in good shape except for a couple seams tore. The dash looks pretty good there are some splits in the wood. There is one peace of carpet missing under drivers floor mat. There is one seat belt -harness in the trunk.The trunk needs to be redone. The hood bonnet is gone. The motor and transmition are in good shape as far as I know. It has the duel Weabers. They could stand to be cleaned or adjusted. The tires are in good shape, I think they are new. I got the car in June and have been working on it ever sence. It runs good, shifts good and everything works except the fuel gage.It was working when I got the car I have put a couple hundred miles on it with no trouble. The trunk has spare tire, jack, new battery, BIG LUG WRENCH,extra parts, extra trim rings and other things I got with the car or bought for it.I bought the car from a Doctors estate. It had been in his barn for ten years.

Lotus Elan is the name of two convertible cars and one fixed head coupé produced by Lotus Cars. The original Type 26, 26R Racing version (of the S1 Elan), 36R Racing version (of the S2 Elan), 36 Fixed Head Coupe, 45 Drop Head Coupe, and the "Type 50" +2 Coupe, circa 1962 to 1975, are commonly known as the '60s Elans. The Type M100 from 1989 to 1995, is also commonly known as the 1990s Elan.
