1949 MG TC Roadster
The MG TC was the 3rd in the evolution of the famous "T" series MGs, and the first to be exported in any numbers. When is came to the US in 1946, it's jaunty good looks and excellent handling set the American automotive industry on it's ear.
There was nothing like it on the road. It could easily out corner any American car of the day. Servicemen started bringing TCs home from England, and the post war sports car boom was born.
This example is a 1949 and is in overall excellent condition. It is finished in bright red with red leather and a tan top.
The car has benefitted from an older restoration and is still looking nice and crisp.
The paint is still excellent with a very nice shine.
All of the chrome pieces on the car are original, and some have been re chromed. Notice the ORIGINAL Lucas headlights, very rare.
