The original 4 speed transmission is in perfect condition! It shifts up and down thru all of the gears without out grinds or growls! The body was assembled with new gray fender welting as original and new: bumpers and guards, grill is original and shines like new. All of the electrical works as it should, although some of the wiring was replaced with the correct color coded wires. The interior has been redone with Red leather seats with white piping, the seat frames were cleaned and refinished as original and rebuilt with new horsehair padding backrests and new foam bottom cushions. It has a new set of black seat belts. All cockpit rails have been covered with Red vinyl and leather on the door rails and rear corners as original. It has the correct door pockets, armrest, side curtain attaching chrome pcs and panel stiffening bars in place. The rear side curtain pouch is also new along with a correct spare tire cover both inside the car in the trunk. The carpet is new and Red and the correct fuzzy style as original. A set of new MG logo floor mats add a touch of class to the inside. The steering wheel has been restored and has a new center cap.
