CHRIS'S COMMENTS
$25.2k is plenty for this car. $24k is fair. ~~~ It's shiny and fast, but not what I would call a pretty car. Hate the knock-off hubcaps. A nice piece of history, though. (Chris Lydiksen)

OWNER'S COMMENTS
Here's something a bit rare. We came across this one from Kansas. Restored, clean, and ready to show. The book says the Sport Fury was 1964's premium offering. Red, white, and blue inserts on exterior trim. Special wheel covers with simulated knock offs. Bucket seats standard. Cars ordered with the special 426 cubic inch engine had unique external telltale signs. Numbers revealing the displacement were set against a panel bridging the opening of the stand up hood ornament. This subtle touch was an understated way to let the world know what kind of beast was lurking underneath the hood. One of three different 426 non-Hemi engines could be ordered in 1964. This one has the 364 hp rated (about 410 actual), 4 barrel "Street Wedge" motor. This one also has the 4 speed manual Hurst shifted transmission. This one has manual brakes, but the power steering option was ordered. All of the interior options were ordered with the exception of power seats. It has the Sure-Grip posi traction rear end with 3.23:1 ratio and factory dual exhaust. If you are seriously interested, I can send you the VIN, trim codes, engine numbers, etc. and more detailed pictures.
