1996 Panoz AIV Roadster silver
$26.1k is in range for this particular specimen. $28k is fair. This roadster looks like it's been neglected, if not abused. Panoz has struggled in the past with build quality (and design-quality and material quality) on the non-drivetrain parts. Still, they look great and go great. ~~~ Talk about a fun car! This car has major eyeball and muscle to back it up. Plus, it's an American product, one of the few roadsters we can really be proud of (another being the Panoz Esperante).
Rare AIV Roadster.

From WikipediaThe Panoz Roadster is a sports car launched in 1992 by the American manufacturer Panoz Auto Development Company of Georgia. The Roadster was succeeded by the AIV Roadster in 1997. They were built using aluminum, similar to that of the Plymouth Prowler first sold several years later in 1997. The Panoz Roadster was the first American built aluminum intensive vehicle.
