Claims to be the first F50 in the US, and a magazine cover car. Head-turner, neck-breaker extraordinaire. Ferrari knows how to make high-dollar, low-production vehicles. With only 349 produced, these are solid investments in the long-run. Short-run is always volatile though. Presentation was bold, in that just a few lines of text were offered. Photos were good, but no phone number provided and seller new to ebay, with only a (4) rating. Needs a stronger presentation with a phone number to gain trust of big-dollar bidders. It is a dream to drive! If you are a real buyer, you know all the stats. If you are a collecter this is the F50 to have. It is in perfect condition and ready to drive. This war horse is always ready to run. It has been driven without problems and never seen any damage. All can be verified by dealer.

From WikipediaThe Ferrari F50 is a mid-engined range-topping sports car made by Ferrari. The F50 was introduced in 1995 to celebrate the company's 50th anniversary. The car is a two door, two seat convertible with a removable hardtop. It has a 4.7 L naturally aspirated 60-valve V12 engine that was developed from the 3.5 L V12 used in the 1992 Ferrari F92A Formula One car. Only 349 cars were made. The last F50 was produced in Maranello, Italy in July 1997. |
