If real hot rods are your thing this may be the car for you. If your into air conditioning, power this and that, cd players and cup holders you need to read no further. Built no frills by a well know east coast hot rodder and built right. Street rodders pick at Columbus Goodguys in 2003. The body is a real Henry Ford T coupe chopped 7" and channeled 8" has new wood top bows, soft top and new steel floor and trunk. Up front is a pair of guide 6820 headlights and a chopped 34 grill shell. Bringing up the rear is a pair of 53 Buick tail lights. The dash is filled with SW wings gauges, the speedometer has not been hooked up,but comes with the sensor, a Classic Moon tach and a Sturdy primer pump that is non functional. The frame is constructed with 2X3 steel rails with a square tubular X member on a 114" wheel base and is extremely stable at any speed. The ride is a bit firm but not harsh and gets softer at speed. The steering box is a GM 525 and steers very easy even when sitting still with an old Convico wheel on a Flaming River column. The front end has a 4" dropped I-beam, split bones, chrome Socal shocks, panhard bar and disc brakes. The drive train is a 500" Cadillac running a 750 Edelbrock with a 53 Cadillac round back air cleaner filled with a K&N filter hooked to a turbo 400 trans with a tall shifter and pineapple hand grande shift knob, with a 8" Ford rear and drum brakes. The rear is suspended on split rear bones with coil springs, panhard bar and QA1 shocks. The wheels are Wheel Vintique with Coker 5.60 front and L78 rear wide white bias ply tires.

The body is left as is with some lower body rust through, dents, waves, bullet holes then clear coated. Actually a pretty solid body. What you see is what you get, no paint or bondo. New tinted glass in all windows. Windows crank up and down as new. The interior consists of 2 boat seat backs and insulation matt on the floor.

This car has been on several 3-4 hour trips trouble free and is mechanically sound, runs cool and smooth. Draws a crowd where ever it goes and people will pass by high dollar trailer queens to get to it. Fit and finish fit the overall attitude of the car. I have a clear 26 Ford VA title in my name and is ready for your summer driving fun.
